The National Association of Realtor’s economists say;
1. There is no housing bubble. it’s a housing balloon
2. There will be a soft landing, not a crash in prices
3. That the balloon was actually a ship and that the Real Estate market was now cyclical
4. The sales of existing homes are falling faster than expected
5. Now, that there is a “transition to a buyer’s market”
