Professors and administraors in the University of Boston, Connecticut and Calafornia system are getting lovely loans for less than 2%.
These Universities have issued thousands of low interest loans to executives, faculty members and other selected employees, they refuse to reveal who received the money.
Some say this is called an incentive to attract and keep talent, what other industry wouldn’t do it. The original policies didn’t develope because of the generosity of these universities-they were a way to overcome what would, for potential faculty , be a deal breaker: the sky high prices of real estate in these areas.

The housing market is in a process of stabilizing with change in averall sales volume expected over the balance of the year, says the National Association of Realtors.
Pending home sales have risen for the last two months and the Pending Home Sales Index, based on contracts signed in June and July has increased 0.4 per cent.
Existing-home sales for August will be released September 23rd.
